From Unisystems and Blue Water Freight to establishing Unisystems Spirit Logistics in China, my focus has always been on growth, innovation, and long-term relationships.

Today, the vision remains the same: embrace the future, adopt new technology and evolving business needs, while staying true to the values that built the business trust, service and doing what we say we will do.

With 25 years of customs experience across air, road and deep-sea logistics, I have successfully cleared everything from diamonds to steam trains. An AEO-certified practitioner and member of the HMRC and Intermediaries Panel, I bring extensive practical expertise and industry insight to even the most complex customs requirements.

I joined Unisystems in 2011 as an apprentice Warehouse Operative and have progressed through LCL and FCL operations, Assistant Warehouse Manager, and now Warehouse Manager. Over the past 15 years, I’ve gained experience across warehouse and logistics operations while completing Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Business and Administration.

I’m proud to have built my entire career at Unisystems and to have grown alongside the business.

With extensive experience supporting Company Directors and teams, I play a key role behind the scenes, helping to keep the business organised, on track and running smoothly. My role spans a broad range of responsibilities, from day-to-day executive support and administration to HR, Health & Safety, compliance and wider business operations.

I am proactive, approachable and always happy to get involved wherever needed. I enjoy the variety that comes with the role, finding practical solutions to challenges and helping keep everything organised and moving forward. No two days are the same, and I am often juggling multiple priorities at once.
